Melissa Murrell brings a wealth of experience and a heart for service to her role as Operations Director at Aerable. A graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a BA in Psychology, Melissa has honed her expertise in administration and leadership through years of dedicated service.

Melissa’s career includes serving as Administrative Assistant to the VP of Advancement at DBU and Executive Assistant to the Pastor at First Baptist Irving and Highland Baptist Waco, where she supported key initiatives and fostered organizational excellence. Her experience extends globally, as she and her husband, Peter, served as cross-cultural workers in Eastern Nicaragua, reflecting her commitment to building connections and making Gospel Impact across diverse communities.

At Aerable, Melissa specializes in client care, systems management, and coordinating the back-office team. Known for her exceptional administrative skills, strategic planning, and keen attention to detail, she ensures seamless operations while keeping people at the center of her work.
