Star Smith brings a rich background in education, leadership, and ministry to her role as President of Aerable. A graduate of Houston Christian University with a BA in Education and Early Childhood Development, Star has served as an educator at Trinity Classical School and First Baptist Academy, shaping young minds with a passion for learning and growth.

Her heart for worship and ministry is evident in her ongoing role as one of the weekly Worship Leaders at Houston’s First Baptist Church. Alongside her husband, Stephen, Star traveled the nation as "Smith Band," leading worship and sharing their passion for Christ. They played a pivotal role in guiding Breakaway Ministries in College Station, inspiring thousands of young believers to deepen their faith.

Star is a natural leader, gifted communicator, and skilled organizer, excelling at bringing people and projects together for meaningful impact. At Aerable, she oversees business development and directional strategy while serving clients with genuine care and a commitment to their success.

In 2021, Star and Stephen founded Aerable in response to a calling to empower leaders worldwide. This new chapter reflects their dedication to fruitfulness, faithfulness, and advancing God’s kingdom while continuing to serve as worship leaders and volunteers at Houston's First. Star’s leadership at Aerable embodies a deep passion for inspiring others and creating lasting kingdom impact.
